SHIPPING

Products are shipped by Royal Mail unless otherwise stated Registered Delivery - Royal Mail Delivery Service.
Our shipping costs are listed on the shopping cart only cover Continental United Kingdom and North Ireland.
Items are generally shipped out the next business day after payment has been cleared (Sat. & Sun.excluded)
Most of the cost you are noticing actually comes from the expense of high quality packing, advanced audit testing, and rigorous quality control.The shipping fee includes the postage, packing materials and handling fee.
We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.
 
 
 
PAYMENTS

Via PayPal All payments must be prepaid, sorry no COD, the final price including VAT..
Please email us before you send us Personal Cheque or Money Order. Please write down the product code on Money Order or Personal Cheque and tell us when you send it out and the shipping address.
We accept credit card payment through PayPal. We also accept cheque and postal order.  Your credit card details are not held anywhere on our systems and your address is kept for warranty purposes only and is never disclosed to a third party.  The only other record of your details will be held on the PayPal site.
 
 
 
RETURNS

Warranty period is a year from the date of original purchase. A replacement item, if sent, does not restart, or in any way extend, the warranty period.
If you return the complete (inc packaging, wiring looms and instructions) product(s) to us within 15 days, we will refund you the full product price (no shipping cost will be refunded unless it is proved that the return is a result of our error).
We do not allow returns without first requesting a returns bag by calling the sales hotline.
Return policy is exchange only, buyer must pay return shipping fee for defect item, seller will pay resend shipping fee.
We guarantee against any defective products. A full refund (not including shipping and handling) will be provided for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented items within 15 days.
All the returns will be charged a 40% restocking fee after 15 days of purchase.
Refund is not allowed if you purchased the wrong item, replacements are the only option. Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.

Limitation of Liability
 
 
The maximum liability of NAV TV under this agreement shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. In no event shall NAV TV be liable to the purchaser or end user for loss of profit or other economic loss, or any indirect, special, consequential or other similar damages, however caused, on any theory of liability that injury to person or damage to property occurred from the use or misuse of the product. In the event of malfunction considered to be related to the NAV TV product, the vehicle must in the first instance be returned to the original installer or if unavailable the appointed installer by NAV TV for investigation and diagnosis. If the malfunction is not resolved this must be referred to NAV TV for further investigation and diagnosis prior to any main dealer or other repairer involvement.
 
 
 
 
Indemnity
 
 
 
The purchaser and end user shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless NAV TV, its members, managers, officers, directors, affiliated entities, agents and employees against all damages, claims, liabilities, losses and other expenses including legal fees and costs, that in any way arise out of or relate to the negligent or wilful acts or omissions of the purchaser and end user with respect to the product and or operation of a vehicle which contains the product. Video in Motion (TV Free) products are designed for passenger entertainment use only.
